How do I know you will do a good job?

You are assured of a high level of service and skill - Because as a qualified plumber my work and the way I operate has been checked by independent inspectors and approved by the TrustMark scheme which is government endorsed! I have high quality tools, measuring and testing equipment. Please Do Not Compare My Services with The "Experienced Tradesman" Who has No Qualifications - It Just Means They Have Done It Their Way For Years!!

How much do you charge?

My initial visit to give an Estimate is Free and I will give you a price there and then or soon after. But please do not ask for a budget price without me first visiting. I charge on a project basis - I am known for keeping to the budget - unlike other contractors, I will not give a low price and then charge extras! If you want to use me on a regular basis I would be happy to provide contract or daily rates.

Who is the service for?

My service is for business and home owners, landlords or tenants - who want a multi skilled, reliable contractor. Clients include individuals to managers of large residential apartment blocks and office buildings.

Can you give me a quote without visiting?

My policy is to visit clients - look at the prospective work and give accurate estimates. If the job is straight forward I may be able to carry out the work when visiting (obviously after agreeing a price). If you would like me to do this please send location details and some options on dates.

Where do you work?

Anywhere ! To be efficient I mainly work in the local office area - South Yorkshire. I would still like to hear from you if you further afield in the UK or in Europe for larger projects. Sometimes a job may be too small to justify travelling to... so please do not be offended if I decline.

Why is it best to contact you via the Enquiry Form?

As I am working throughout the day it is unfair to interrupt the job that I am on to answer telephone calls - I check my enquiries every evening and will contact you back. However, you can always leave a voice mail message on my telephone.

Do you give discounts?

Yes, I do give discounted pricing on labour costs at the following rates: *Regular clients who have employed my services more than 3 separate visits get a 10% discount. - Look out for free checks on the News and Offers page. *Contract discounts on application.

Yes I have £2,000,0000 public liability insurance - unlike many so called "tradesmen" out there!

How can I settle my account?

Domestic clients are offered a range of payment options: Cash or bank transfer. Larger projects are settled via agreed staged payments. Alternatively you can spread the cost and have the work carried out with a monthly maintenance easy payment scheme- ask for details. Corporate clients are invoiced on completion and have an agreed settlement period.
